研究方向和研究成果

研究方向包括:1) 利用基因组学和生物信息学技术发现神经发育障碍的遗传位点并整合多维度数据挖掘遗传位点的功能;2) 精神疾病的遗传交叉研究;3) 基于遗传学及其他多维表型数据的疾病风险评估模型研究。

曾入选中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。主持国家自然基金项目4项,国家重点研发计划课题1项,参与“脑科学与类脑研究”国家重大专项、973、北京市脑计划等多项课题。担任Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences杂志的Associate Editor,“脑科学与类脑研究”国家重大专项、国家自然科学基金、英国Wellcome基金、北京市自然科学基金等评审,受邀担任Biological Psychiatry,Brief Bioinformatics等10多个杂志的审稿专家。迄今在国际主流学术期刊发表了70余篇学术论文,其中38篇为第一/通讯作者,包括Molecular Psychiatry 2篇、Biological Psychiatry 1篇、Nucleic Acids Research 3篇,总引用3000多次。
